To summarize, here's what we can do:

• REPOSSESSION
  This includes safe and legal recovery of your automobile or motorcycle by drive away or tow, condition report and notification to the proper authorities.
   
• VOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION
  This includes safe and legal recovery of your automobile or motorcycle by drive away or tow, condition report, notification to proper authorities and we will also obtain a signed voluntary surrender statement.
   
• LOCKSMITH SERVICE
  This includes making keys for your recovered unit, not only will you get a ignition key you will also get keys for all doors and trunk. Due to the sensitive security issues with VATS and PATS locks, they will be billed at a higher rate.
   
• STORAGE RATES
  This includes storage in a secured, lighted area and your vehicles will be started weekly.
   
• CONDITION REPORT AND PICTURES
  This includes a condition report and pictures of a unit we do not repossess.
   
• CONDITION REPORT AND  VIDEO
  This includes a condition report with a taped overall condition of your unit.
   
• SKIP LOCATE
  This fee is charged if your unit is located and repossessed by Shamrock. Extensive skip tracing should not be done unless authorized by your company. This fee would be charged if our skip department develops the address. Our skip-locate service is offered to clients nationwide. We can locate and repossess your collateral anywhere in the country. With three full-time experienced skip teams all with law enforcement backgrounds and years of experience. Your skip and charge off accounts could not be in better hands. Out of pocket expenses would be charged to your company. 
   
• SKIP TRACE TECHNIQUES
  Available upon request
   
• CLOSING FEE
  This fee is charged if your account is worked with no results. In a rare occasion that this does happen, this fee will cover our miscellaneous expense of running and working your account.
   
• DELIVERY
  Daily delivery is available to the Greater Chicago Auto Auction and Arena Auto Auction in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Fees will be billed accordingly.

• DETAILING
  Complete cleaning of your unit include wash, shampoo, and hand wax. This can easily add hundreds of dollars to your bottom line.
   
• SEMIS, WATERECRAFT, AIRCRAFT, HEAVY EQUIPTMENT, AND CHATTEL
  Prices would be quoted at time of assignment.
